Labor Law:
Jean provides support in the drafting of defense briefs, hearing reports, notifications of any kind, obtaining information related to the cases and in the organization, and reviewing files related to disputes between workers and employers.
Dispute resolution:
Jean has represented the firm in different conciliation hearings on labor lawsuits for the collection of labor benefits and compensation for damages, for various causes of termination of the employment contract, such as justified dismissal, resignation, and eviction, obtaining a high rate of favorable results for our clients.
