Dominican Republic Law No. 168-21 on Customs

On August 23, 2021, was issued Law No. 168-21 on Customs, with the aim of facilitating foreign trade and contributing to the economic growth and competitiveness of the Nation, with an adequate control and surveillance of international merchandise traffic.
