Elvis is a paralegal in the litigation area and assistant in other departments. From her position, she offers support to the team in proceedings before both public and private institutions. She helps in drafting legal documents for cases in her area, manages the organization of files and investigation, helping to carry out an appropriate process for each client. Provides both internal and external help to her department. Possesses excellent problem solving, teamwork and research skills.
Through the position of paralegal, Elvis helps streamline and assist in the processes carried out by the department. Also, help in different areas of law, especially civil matters.
Law Degree- Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU), 2022-present.

Elvis has aided the department in multiple processes such as breach of contract and damages lawsuits, contract analysis, etc. He has kept track of procedures and deadlines to ensure timely delivery, as well as drafted several crucial legal documents for the successful outcome of the client’s case.
